TO MANKIND TO FULFILL THE DUTIES UNDER GOVERNMENT SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

CHARTER POINT NO. 1

Education For All

1. Govt should make education free for all from LKG to PG in all categories – Science, Arts, Engineering, Medicine etc.
2. Govt. should introduce One Nation One Syllabus, a single uniform education syllabus for the entire country –– so that all children get same quality education.
3. As regards language English and Regional language be made mandatory and Hindi be given as optional.
4. In social studies, the regional patriots, philosophers, politicians etc. life history, regional cultural factors may be added.
5. Other subjects like English, Maths, Science be made common throughout the country.
6. Yoga, meditation, moral and spiritual, physiological & psychological subjects be taught to students in a practical way to shape them with good conduct and character.
7. Constitutional law, basic of criminal law, Indian Penal code be taught to make children aware of what is wrong and right way to live in the society.
8. In schools upto 8th is made all pass. In 8th std. teachers should evaluate the IQ level of the students especially those weak students who fail in maths, science, English etc. and give them psychological study to identify in which area they are interested like music, dance, sports, technical line like carpentry, etc. and give them proper job oriented or self employment training in that area to shape themselves into a valuable asset instead of becoming a school drop out and get addicted to drinks and drugs or involve in criminal or anti social activities for survival.
9. Centralised teaching system: Govt. should employ a highly qualified teachers who will teach each subject for each class from Doordarshan office in Delhi or each state capital which has to be telecasted live to all schools throughout the country which will be watched by students though the smartscreen installed in each class room and all doubts can be clarified online. The teaching should be done using animated videos to enable every student to keenly watch and understand the subjects clearly so that their intellectual acumen grows excellently well.
10. Govt. can create an National Education Fund where people or corporates or Nis can contribute donations which the Govt. besides the tax money and education cess collected from the public be utilized for constructing schools/colleges to provide free education to all upto UG/PG/Phd levels at international standards.
11. Those private sector educational institutions running schools and colleges in arts, science, engineering, medicine etc. can be taken over by Government and compensate the promoters of such institutions for their investment and run those institutions by Government with expert faculties and head to run those institutions to provide free education to all at all levels.
