TO MANKIND TO FULFILL THE DUTIES UNDER GOVERNMENT SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Today out of over 140 crore population many of the people belong to lower economic strata people like beggers, street dwellers, nomads, poor people below poverty line, lower middle class, middle class family. Ofcourse the people belonging to upper middle class and rich have capacity to buy house from private apartments on their own with their savings which is not possible for the lower economic strata people.

Many of these lower economic strata people and their families come from their native villages to cities and towns to take up employment for their livelihood and they mostly live in the rented premises.  With the income they earn they find it difficult to pay rent, meet the provisions for food, school fees and other monthly family commitments and they mostly do not able to make much savings.  Infact most of them take loans to meet the shortfall in their monthly family commitments. In addition to this, if any ill health and medical treatment has to be met to family members or to perform marriage or other family functions, they have to take loans which they struggle to repay and they remain in debt burden till their last breath and their dream for owning a house remains a dream for ever.

Today when we approach banks for housing loan, they will ask for Income Tax Returns for 3 years, pay slip from their company and bank statement and also guarantors to give surety. Even if they sanction loan we have to arrange for initial margin money of minimum 25% of the value of the house or flat being bought.

Most of the poor, lower middle class and middle class people are working in cities as laborers, daily coolies, Rickshawalas, Street Vendors, Sub-Staff, Security Guards, who are mostly not much educated and they do not have pay slip nor IT return and they could not able to get housing loan. They have to struggle by remaining in rented house fearing of eviction by owner of premises at any time and going on search of new house for rent. and their dream of having own house is remaining a dream till the end.

To make the dream of such beggers, street dwellers, nomads, poor people below poverty line, lower middle class and middle class people, Government under HOME FOR ALL policy should take the following initiative:
 

1. For beggers, street dwellers, nomads 
   Govt. should construct free Home Shelters
    
2. For People below poverty line or slum dwellers 
   Govt. should construct free houses under BPL-Slum clearance houses
    
3. ​For Lower Middle Class and Middle Class people
   Govt. should construct LIG, MIG flats and allot to these people by collecting the rent which they were presently paying as the EMI amount and keep the flat as mortgage and transfer the ownership once the entire EMI is settled.  Govt. should not demand any margin money.
    

   By this HOUSE FOR ALL scheme, Government can fulfill the dream of all beggers, street dwellers, poor people below poverty line, lower middle class, middle class people and their family in India to have their own dream house and live peacefully with self respect.

   This initiative by the Government will eradicate beggers, street dwellers from the society and provide HOUSE FOR ALL and thus improve the economic status of all the beggers, street dwellers, nomads, poor, lower middle class and middle class people and thus improves the economic status of the country and thus we can build a developed India.
