Foreign Policy Reformation

1) Indo Pakistan fight for Pakistan:
Britishers while giving independence to India they split India into two India and Pakistan and in the process they left the Kashmir as a disputed state which both India and Pakistan are fighting and claiming as their integral part, where half of Kashmir are occupied each by India and Pakistan. India is claiming Pakistan Occupied Kashmir as its integral part while Pakistan want to annexe entire Kashmir to its part. They are waging war directly and indirectly through terrorist acts since independence where innocent Kashmiri people are being killed and army on both sides suffered severe losses.

India is stating that this Kashmir issue will be solved bilaterally by negotiating with Pakistan.  But since independence no solution was arrived at and Pakistan in furiously fighting a bitter battle with India mainly using terrorists to whom their military ISI is supporting indirectly to destabilize the peace in Kashmir region.

In this process USA and UK are supporting Pakistan secretly instigating not to give up Kashmir and at the same time when Pakistan kills innocent people and Indian military in Kashmir using terrorist group, this USA and UK and other European countries who are allies of USA condemn the terrorist acts of Pakistan against India. But neither India nor Pakistan want to put to an end to this vexatious issue and bring peace to the people of Kashmir. The people there are in a state of fear at all times as to what will happen to their life and property by the war between Indian military forces and the Pakistan terrorist attack.

What is the solution to put an end to this Kashmir issue and bring peace to Kashmiris?

Since the Kashmir dispute is remaining unresolved for over 78 years, all people of India should raise our voice to the Government of India and Government of Pakistan to come to a negotiating table and decide to file a petition to the International Court of Justice(ICJ) to decide on the Kashmir Issue. ICJ should appoint independent judges not belonging to India or Pakistan to conduct secret referendum from each of the people in both sides of Kashmir and report to the ICJ.  The verdict given by ICJ on the Kashmir issue should be adhered to by both India and Pakistan and thus bring an end to this vexatious issue and thus bring peace to the people of Kashmir.

2) Indo-China border dispute issue resolution:

China want to annexe Tibet, Arunachal Pradesh and many thousand of kms land on the Himalayan mountains in the indo-china border running between Arunachal Pradesh and Tibet. India and China fought a war in 1961 and has been maintaining animosity. China is trying to usurp the land illegally and frequent war like situation is prevailing between India and China and people in the border area are facing fear and loss of peace due to frequent threat to their lives on account of war between India and China.

 

What is the solution to put an end to this Kashmir issue and bring peace to Kashmiris?

Since the India China border dispute is remaining unresolved for over 78 years, all people of India should raise our voice to the Government of India and Government of China to come to a negotiating table and decide to file a petition to the International Court of Justice(ICJ) to decide on the Kashmir Issue. ICJ should appoint independent judges not belonging to India or China to conduct details survey of the Himalayan range and also seek the referendum in Tibet and Arunachal Pradesh.  After making detail survey and secret referendum from each of the people Tibet and Arunachal Pradesh this independent judicial team should report to the ICJ.  The verdict given by ICJ on the Indo- China Border issue should be adhered to by both India and China and thus bring an end to this vexatious issue and thus bring peace to the people of Tibet and Arunachal Pradesh and peace between India and China.

3.  Illegal immigrants of people from Myanmar, Banglaesh and Sri Lanka into India:
The universal fundamental right of every human being is that he/she has a right to live in this world and all the countries form part of this world and hence each person is having right to live in any part of the world.

Government of India should appoint a separate Immigration redressal committee to make a thorough study as to how many illegal immigrants are there? In which states they settled? How long they were illegally settled in India?  If they are residing in India for mor than 12 years, after making thorough investigation of any criminal antecendents against them and after verification of legal documents as evidence for their stay beyond 12 years, the Government can decide to grant citizenship.

Those illegal immigrants who are  staying in India for less than 12 years be sent back to their countries or put in illegal immigrant asylum camps if their countries refuse to take them back.

 

4. Maintaining good relationship with all countries of the world:
Government should maintain good relationship with all the countries of the world and make bilateral arrangement to boost the exports and imports with all countries.  Govt of India should enter into MOU with Governments of developing countries to build infrastructure projects like railway, roadways, bridges with the expertise of the Indians corporates by starting 100% subsidiary of Indian companies there and boost the economy of such underdeveloped countries, provide education, employment, housing, health needs of the poor in such countries and thus contribute for the economic development of the people and such underdeveloped countries.
