When you go deep into yourself through meditation you realize the truth that “I am not this body, I am Atma and I am separated from Paramatma by my karmas and by fulfilling my duties to the micro personal family in which I am born and to macro world family in which I am living, I release all my karmas and attain Jeevanmukti”.

  • Where job opportunities available?
Central and State Governments, Military, Air Force, Navy, Railways, Banks, Financial institutions, Public Sector companies run by Central and State Government, Government Hospital, Schools, Highway authority of India, judiciary,  etc. provides lot of job opportunities for job seeking youth. Besides majority of employment opportunities come from private sector companies both organized big companies and unorganized SSI, Micro, Tiny industries for various category of people – professionally qualified doctors, engineers, accountants, lawyers, skilled and unskilled laborers. What is the cause of unemployment problem in India?

  • What is the cause of unemployment problem in India?
Today there are lot of graduates in engineering, science, arts are completing their courses and enter the job market. But all are not able to get immediate opening. It is said every year about 10 lacs engineering students complete their course, But only 10000 are in employable position to get jobs whereas majority of students lack employable and communication skill because of which they fail to get qualified in job interviews.
The main cause for majority of youth fail to get job is because they

1). lack good quality of education from the institutions they studied
2). they lack communication skill both in writing and speaking and also and lack good personality traits because of
3). which they fail in interviews and competitive examsthey lack employable skill to take up job in specific area in any organization.

  • What is the steps to be taken to make all job seeking youth into employable youth?
Government should take initiative to start free skill development training centres (SDTC) in each constituency
1). to provide free coaching for various job competitive examination like UPSC, State PSC, banks, Staff Selection Commission, Railways jobs for various categories.
2). to provide specified employable skill in various vocational training like  courses in computer software, hardware etc.
3). to provide free English communication skill training,
4). to provide free personality development training
5). to provide free English communication skill training,
    6). to provide free coaching on interview techniques and training in group discussion participation;

  • How to get job opportunities in private sector industry?
Today people in rural areas who got qualified as graduates/PG in engineering or arts or science colleges, who have no opportunity in their villages/towns come to major cities seeking jobs. But they may not be knowing anybody. But many private sector companies they recruit for their needs through their known circle like from their auditors.  These rural youth who come in search of jobs may lack communication skills, lack employable skill because of which they could not get entry into job world. If they wont get job they become vulnerable to become criminals or anti social elements.

To avoid this, Government should take initiative to start National Employment Exchange Centre in each Post Offices spread throughout the country, so that the job seeking youth in each village, town, city can freely register for their job in their respective post office where they are residing. Those youth having computer and telecommunication knowledge can post their resumes directly in the Govt. portal.  Companies seeking candidates for jobs can send their requirements to their respective post office or post in the National Employement Exchange. Each post office will post all these resumes in National Employment exchange web portal after scrutinizing the qualification and skill of each job seekers. Government should appoint qualified HR counseling mentors for each constituency who will scrutinize the resumes and call the job seeking youths and guide them to undergo specialized training in specific field as per their qualification in the Govt. Skill development training centre in each constituency to build their employable skill. After successful completion of such training, they should be placed on suitable jobs. By this way all the youth can be made employable and can get job opportunities.

  • Self employment training and support:
Government should establish free Self Employment Training Centres(SETC) in each constituency spread throughout the country, to provide free Entrepreneurial development training to those youth who are qualified and having skill and aptitude to take up self employment. Such youth should submit their application to the SETC in their respective constituency. The counsellor/mentor in the SETC centre on scrutinizing the application, based on their qualification and aptitude can guide them to undergo specialized EDP training in particular industry. After undergoing EDP training, they should be supported with specific project report and tie up with bank or financial institution to aid them to start their self employment industry. SETC should provide a mentor to guide those self employed youth to run their enterprises successfully and also show job opportunity to many a youth.

  • Training in sports, games, music, dance:
Youth who are interested in various sports like cricket, football, badminton, tennis, chess, kabbadi etc. or in games like running race, swimming, javelian throw etc or in music, dance, cultural events, their talents should be identified from the school level and should be provided free training to build their skill in that are of their interest to make them to shape their career in their aspiring field.
Government should invite corporates for conducting sponsorship tournaments in various spots, games, music, dance etc. give those talented youth with prizes and make them to participate in state, national and international competitions that will fetch many medals in Olympics and at the same time give job opportunities to many youth in the field of their interest. Besides such talents youth after attaining saturation in their field, they should be provided with job opportunities in government or private sector based on their qualification under sports/games quota.

  • Employment to rural youth:
Rural youth or people living in villages or small towns, they will be mostly versed in agricultural areas. Government should take initiative to give training to rural youth in various areas like agriculture, sericulture, horticulture, running poultry, dairy farms etc.  Government should identify government lands and lease out to these landless labourers, rural youth and provide necessary financial aid through banks/Financial institution to take up self employment avenues in their own rural areas which not only provide job opportunities to them but also boost the agriculture development and also create better job opportunities for such landless labourers or their children.

APPEAL:

We all people of India, Opposition parties, media should take initiative to raise people’s voice to the Government to consider and implement the above job opportunity programs to create job avenues to each and every job seeking youth even in the remote villages and thus improve the per capita income of individuals which in turn boost the per capital income of the country and thus we can build our nation into a developed India.

Arise, Awake And Stop Not Till We All Reach This Goal To Build A Developed India And Thus Release
all Our Karmas And Book In The Path Of Jeevnmukti.
