TO MANKIND TO FULFILL THE DUTIES UNDER GOVERNMENT SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Health for all

1. Health of each citizen is very important for the 140 crores people of India. Good health of people brings in good productivity from them that contribute for good economic growth of the country. Hence by investing in people’s health, Govt. can reap good returns by way of taxes out of good productivity of the people. To achieve this goal, Government should take steps to adopt HEALTH FOR ALL policy to maintain good health of all its citizens.  For this Govt. should take following steps:
    

• Put to end to malnutrition:
  In India still has a lot % of poor people who have no source to have full meals in a day and they suffer due to malnutrition, due to want of proper food for the body. Government should take steps to provide such poor people with proper rationing of essential commodities freely for them to have 3 nutrient meals a day to keep their health in good condition.
  
   

• To ensure good hygienic atmosphere for living:
  In India the poor people mostly live in slums in cities which lack proper hygiene. Their areas lack proper toilets, proper draining system, proper water facilities and most of the areas look dirty and unhegenic. This results in breeding of mosquitoes that create various diseases which spoils the environment.  Government should take initiative to provide these poor people living in slums with hygienic toilets, drainage system, good roads with lighting, good water facility for drinking, bathing etc. Govt. should periodically conduct medical check up of these poor people and give proper vaccination and medicine to protect them from affliction of any disease.
  
   

• Free Heath Card:
  Govt. should provide free Health Card to all citizens to get free medical treatment of international standards in all govt. or govt. aided hospitals.
  
   

• Construct Government Hospitals with interntional standards throughout India:
  Govt should construct multispeciality hospitals of international standard in each assembly constituency throughout the country where all the citizens can get free medical treatment for all dieseas.  Also govt. should estabilish clinics/ health centres at each ward level to provide free medical aid to all the citizens for fever/cold and other out patient health issues.
  
   

• Construct Parks and Health Recreation Centres:
  Govt to establish Natural Parks and Health Recreation Centres in each ward level, and provide
  
  1). all gym equipments,
  2). Zumba practice rooms,
  3). meditation halls,
  4). indoor games halls,
  5). outdoor playground for people to practice sports and games,
  6). auditorium for conducting cultural programs in music, dance,
  7). conduct periodic cultural programs for people to participate and enjoy,
  8). start free counselling centres for students to overcome fear and build confidence and for adults overcome depression and provide suicide counselling
  
   

• Establish Ayurveda/Siddhi Health Rejuvenation Centres: ​
  Govt. should establish Indian medicine like Ayurveda, Siddha Health Rejuvanation Centres with serene natural environment in each constituency where people can have weekend health rehabilitation and rejuvenation to build their immunity power and mental health.
  
   

• How to mobilise funds to provide the above: ​
  For constructing these hospitals and for maintaining them, and for providing the above facilities to fulfill the government policy of HEALTH FOR ALL, Government need lot of funds, which it can mobilise from
  
  1). budgetary funds
  2). by creating a health cess as a small % of direct and indirect taxes
  3). by creating PM National Heath Fund and provide 100% tax exemption for people and corporate can contribute and claim tax benefit.
  4). From the CSR funds provided by corporates
  5). from the funds generated by announcing amnesty for accounting the unaccounted black money
  6). avail funds from World Bank, WHO and other international institutions to meet the health needs of the people of the country
