TO MANKIND TO FULFILL THE DUTIES UNDER INDIIVDUAL SOCIAL DUTY

How people individually participate to build our nation as a developed and peaceful India?

People under Individual Social Duty can consolidate among their friends, relatives in India and abroad and form a Trust/NGO. Each one can contribute a small amount from their savings say even Rs.500/- per month into the Trust and utilize the same for any of the following purpose:

Education:

• To provide financial support to the poor students.
• To pursue higher studies by paying their school or college fees or purchase books and note books for pursing their side
• To undergo tuitions, or
• To undergo spoken English or Hindi classes,
• To undergo personal development training to shape them into a valuable asset.

Employment:

• To guide poor youth and support/aid poor them
• To get training in Softskill, Job oriented and self employment training, or Entrepreneurial Development Training, self employment courses in skill development institutions so that they can get suitable job after training.
• To provide financial support for poor youth to join job competitive exam institutes to prepare for bank or railways or central/stats govt.
• To provide financial aid for youth to pursue their career in sports, games, music, dance
• Many private sector units seek candidates through known sources. Share the job requirements in your company or in your friends/relatives companies through social media like whatsapp, facebook, etc so that it may help some unemployed youth to get job opportunity.

Health:

• To conduct periodical medical camp in slums/poor/tribal/remote villages and provide medical aid to the poor for undergoing operation/ treatment for any ailments.

Bottleneck with individuals in involving in this nation building service and what is the right solution to make them participate:

People say that as they are tightly held up in their official work they could not find time for such social activity. To make it convenient for all people to participate in this social activity without actually spending time in the field, the best solution is to appoint a MSW qualified social worker and give them responsibility to identify and recommend right children/youth and the nature of support they need. A trust committee may be formed who can finalise the beneficiary and help them with funds to pursue the course
